Instead of a set of values, we write out our expectations and how we screen for candidates:

Interview Process

  1. Intro Call — 30 minute casual chat with the founder
  2. 2 x Deep Dive — 45 minute conversations talking through things you’ve built in detail
  3. Comp Review — 30 minute chat with the founder to go over the offer
  4. Work Trial — a short, paid consulting project where you ship something with the team. This can optionally be in-person with the founder in San Francisco.
