Interview Process

  1. Intro Call — 30 minute casual chat with the founder
  2. 2 x Deep Dive — 45 minute conversations talking through things you’ve built in detail
  3. Comp Review — 30 minute chat with the founder to go over the offer
  4. Work Trial — Paid 3-day project where you work with the team and are evaluated by experts in your discipline. This is ideally in-person in San Francisco.
